About Sandra

Sandra Fischer joined Willis Business Law as a Senior Associate in 2020 after practising corporate and estates law at firms in Toronto and Windsor. She advises businesses, non-profits, charities and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase agreements, corporate governance and commercial leasing, and assists clients with wills, powers of attorney and estate administration. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2013.
