About Sana

Sana Saleem Khan is the principal lawyer at Zaitoon Law Professional Corporation, which she founded in 2021. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Public Health from the University of Guelph, and was licensed by the Law Society of Ontario in 2019. Before founding the firm she practised intellectual property and corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and worked as an associate immigration lawyer with Seligman Law. Sana specializes in immigration, refugee, and citizenship law, representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Federal Court, and is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Pashto.
