About Sam

Sam Garcea is a partner at Confente Garcea and has practised law in Hamilton for over 26 years. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo, a master's degree from the University of Manitoba, and a law degree from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Bar in 1994. He practises mainly family law, including custody, divorce, support, property division, and child welfare and Children's Aid Society matters, and also handles real estate and wills.
