About Sabina
Shah practises corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance, representing large, midsize, and private-equity-backed companies in financings, acquisitions and dispositions, regulatory matters, and cross-border transactions. Shah has advised several TSX Venture Exchange companies on private placements, asset sales, and takeover bids, and serves as corporate secretary to publicly listed and private companies. Shah is a director of the Calgary Stampede and vice chair of the Calgary Public Library Foundation, and previously chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Alberta Securities Section. Shah was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003.
