About Ryan

Ryan P. MacDonald, KC is a partner with Key Murray Law based in the Charlottetown and Souris offices, focusing on business, corporate, and commercial matters and real estate transactions. He also advises on property, employment, wills and estate planning, and draws on his own experience as a former small business owner when working with entrepreneurs. Ryan earned a B.B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island in 1999 and an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2006, and was called to the bar of Prince Edward Island in 2007. He chairs the Canadian Bar Association's PEI Insolvency and Restructuring Section and volunteers as a hockey coach with the North River Minor Hockey Association.
