About Rohan

Rohan Atherton has handled asbestos claims for over 25 years, beginning his career at a union-based firm representing tradespeople injured by asbestos exposure. He obtained accreditation to file claims with the Johns Manville Trust in 2001 and was lead counsel representing more than 3,000 former UK coal miners in the British Coal Respiratory Disease Litigation.
