Robert Spiegel is counsel to Roy O'Connor LLP, with experience in securities law, M&A, corporate finance and regulatory advocacy. He holds a BA (Hons), BCL and LLB from McGill University, was called to the Quebec bar in 1988 and the Ontario bar in 1992, and was previously counsel at the Toronto Stock Exchange.
