About Robert

Robert Kwasnicki owns and operates Kwasnicki Law, focusing primarily on personal injury and general litigation. He represents clients injured in motor vehicle, bicycle, motorcycle, slip and fall, and pedestrian accidents, with experience in brain, orthopedic, spinal, soft tissue, and psychological injury claims, and has expanded his practice into real estate, construction, and commercial disputes. He has negotiated settlements and represented clients in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia as well as various tribunals. Robert grew up in Kelowna and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Okanagan University College, graduating with distinction, before completing a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Alberta. He articled with Doak Shirreff in Kelowna and was called to the bar in 2009, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Law Society of Alberta.
