About Rizwana
Rizwana Choudhry practises family law exclusively in British Columbia. She earned her law degree in London, UK, was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales after completing the Legal Practice Course, and practised family law there before moving to Canada in 2011. She articled at a mid-sized family law firm in New Westminster and continued there as an associate after being called to the British Columbia Bar. She has represented clients in Provincial and Supreme Court chambers applications, summary hearings and full trials, and has handled numerous mediations and negotiations. Choudhry also offers unbundled legal services, including legal coaching, independent legal advice, and drafting of separation, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and several regional bar associations.
