About Rick

Rick Bickhram is a litigator whose practice covers estate, trust, capacity, and guardianship matters, as well as family law litigation. Before founding Bickhram Litigation, he spent many years as an associate at a top boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto. He regularly writes and publishes articles on estate, trust, and family law topics and speaks frequently at legal conferences and to law students. Since January 2010, Bickhram has tutored students preparing for the Bar Admission Exam through the Law Society of Upper Canada, and he hosts a monthly radio program, Ask Your Lawyer, Ask Rick, on Sangeet Radio. He belongs to the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Estate and Trust section of the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
