About Richard
Richard Fayerman graduated with honours from the University of Alberta in 1980 with a degree in Business Administration and Commerce, then earned his law degree at the University of Alberta in 1983. He articled with a leading Edmonton firm and was called to the Alberta Bar in 1984, later becoming a member of the British Columbia bar in 1987. He has over 35 years of experience negotiating settlements and appearing as trial counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, with a practice concentrated in family law and condominium/strata law. Fayerman has been active in civic life, serving as a political riding association president and director, a director of Touchstone Theatre Association in Vancouver, a former director of an independent school in Richmond, and a strata council member on associations throughout the Lower Mainland.
