Richard Campbell founded Campbell Litigation in Waterloo and has spent a litigation career on the plaintiff's side, with nearly every client being the one who brings the claim. The practice covers serious personal injury and wrongful death cases as well as high-stakes commercial disputes.

Richard Campbell has been litigating since 1999. The early years, articling included, were spent at a small Burlington litigation firm, and in October 2012 Richard Campbell came back to K-W. Since 2015 it's been a sole practice, with a support team behind it, in a hometown Richard Campbell is very glad to be back in.

For more than ten years Richard Campbell has also sat as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court in Ontario's Central South Region, and has given expert evidence on Canadian law before the Los Angeles Superior Court. Trial and appeal work reaches every level of Ontario's courts. Still, when mediation or another kind of ADR looks likely to produce an affordable, practical result, Richard Campbell is a strong supporter of it. Richard Campbell commits to giving every client communication, compassion and experienced advice.

Kitchener-Waterloo is home. Richard Campbell grew up there, third in a family of nine children, and is a keen martial artist who holds a second-degree black belt in Okinawan Shorin Ryu karate plus belts in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Krav Maga.
