About Richard

Richard is the founder of Campbell Litigation and a Kitchener-Waterloo litigator who works almost exclusively for plaintiffs, handling personal injury, professional negligence, product liability, secured creditors' remedies, and contract law. He's been litigating since 1999 and a sole practitioner since 2015, and he's served for over a decade as a Deputy Judge in the Small Claims Court for Ontario's Central South Region. He earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1997.
