About Regan

Regan Murphy was born and raised in Yarmouth, the son of the late Richard Murphy, Q.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Mount Allison University in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law in 2017, articled with the firm, was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2018, and became a partner in 2022. His broad practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, handling roughly 200 to 250 transactions a year for purchasers, vendors, lenders, and borrowers across southwestern Nova Scotia. He also advises on corporate matters and represents clients in criminal defence, wills and estates, and personal injury claims, and acts as municipal solicitor for the Municipality of the District of Yarmouth. He is a member of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Nova Scotia and the Association des juristes d'expression française de la Nouvelle-Écosse.
