About Randy

Randy Cobbett graduated from UBC with a law degree and a commerce degree in 1984 and practiced primarily in real estate law and wills and estates law. In 1990 he joined Bill Cotton, who had opened his law firm in 1954 on Hastings Street in Burnaby; after Bill's passing, the practice continued as Cobbett & Cotton. Randy lectured several times with the Continuing Legal Education Society for lawyers and legal support staff, and retired in 2021, leaving the practice to Jeff Kuhl.
