About Ramin

Ramin Erfanifar is the founder of Erfanifar Law Corporation, a boutique business and real estate development firm in downtown Vancouver. He works to understand his clients' businesses so he can offer practical, tailored, and often creative legal solutions, from structuring multiphase development projects to helping small business owners secure funding for growth. Before founding the firm, Ramin was an associate at boutique business and real estate development firms in Vancouver and Victoria. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2001 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2005, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2006.
