About Rada

Rada Piranfar is the founder of H&R Law Firm Professional Corporation, practising business and corporate law, immigration, criminal law, real estate, civil litigation, and family law. She holds an LL.B. from Istanbul University of Law (1992-1996), an LL.M. from Shiraz University (2000-2002), a Ph.D. in civil law from Azad University (2012-2015), and a second LL.M. in Canadian Common Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (2022-2023). She is admitted to the Bar Association of Iran and the Law Society of Ontario. Her practice draws on legal experience across Iran, Turkey, and Canada, with a focus on cross-border and complex legal matters.
