About Quentin

Quentin Plester is called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan and works with Hayes Fry Law as external counsel on corporate and civil matters. He has practised at a national law firm and held in-house counsel and executive roles, and brings over a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. He has advised both private and publicly traded corporations, including on financing transactions exceeding $900 million. He accepts clients through the firm on a case-by-case basis.
