Preeti Siwach is the principal lawyer at Siwach Law. She holds an LLB obtained in India, where she practised law for 16 years before relocating to Canada. After completing her Canadian legal equivalency, she was called to the Ontario Bar. Her practice covers family law, mediation, civil litigation, and corporate legal matters, and she has experience advising large corporations on corporate consultancy, advisory, and litigation management. She also handles document preparation, pleadings, motions, and court representation. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
