About Peter
Peter H. Cass is a partner and president of the firm, called to the bar in 1970, practising real estate, business, and estate law in Burlington, Ontario. He graduated from the University of Toronto's law school in 1968 and joined the firm in 1972. Over more than 50 years, Peter has handled a wide range of real estate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on residential transactions, land development, investment real estate, business sales and purchases, franchises, leasing, and negotiation. He works closely with business owners, medical professionals, and their accountants to set up and reorganize company structures, family trusts, and shareholder agreements, and helps clients pursue their goals while minimizing court proceedings and cost.
