About Peter
Peter Loucks grew up in Chesley and joined his father George C. Loucks in partnership in 1987, forming Loucks & Loucks. His practice focuses on real estate, corporate and commercial matters, civil litigation, and wills and estates administration, including farm succession planning and matters before the Ontario Land Tribunal. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal, and previously practised family law and acted as a prosecutor for the Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority. He is a Council Member of the Ontario Bar Association and a member of the Bruce County Law Association, Grey County Law Association, and Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
