About Percival
Percival (Percy) Odynak is counsel at Duncan Craig LLP practising in financial services, including financing for financial institutions and in commercial and corporate mergers and acquisitions, along with related litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including before the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice also includes entertainment law, and he serves as legal counsel to the Edmonton Folk Music Festival Society. He has been selected for inclusion in the Best Lawyers in Canada for banking and finance law every year since 2012 and was named Best Lawyer in Asset-Based Lending Practice in 2025. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University, and was appointed King's Counsel in recognition of his contributions to the legal profession.
