About Paula

Paula Barcelos Imparato is originally from Brazil, where she earned a law degree and practised for five years as a civil and commercial litigator. She has been based in Quebec since 2006, where she obtained an equivalency for her degree and completed a master's degree in law at the Université de Montréal. Imparato has served on the Barreau du Québec's immigration and citizenship law committee, contributed to the Jeune Barreau de Montréal's CRL blog, and sat on the boards of Inform'elle and CPE L'Attrait-Mignon, and currently volunteers with Éducaloi and the Centre des femmes de Montréal.
