About Paul

Paul Stern has been in private practice since being called to the Bar of Ontario in 1980, advising individuals, corporations, government officials and institutional bodies on criminal, regulatory and civil matters including commercial disputes, Controlled Drug charges, tax, customs, competition, securities, fraud and environmental cases. Paul is a longtime instructor for the Ontario Bar Admission Course and the Federation of Law Societies National Criminal Law Program.
