Paul McInnis practices family litigation, negotiation, and mediation as a partner at McInnis & Nicoll in Toronto. He has practiced law since his call to the Bar of Ontario in 1979 and is a member of The Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He has served as Chair and Co-Chair of continuing legal education programs including the Annual Family Law Summit and Conduct of a Family Law Trial.
