About Paul
Paul Johnson practices civil and commercial litigation at Heritage Law Group, with an emphasis on construction disputes and creditor remedies, including debt collection and residential foreclosures. He has handled lien enforcement matters and construction-related disputes involving delay claims and building defect claims, and represents lenders and secured and unsecured creditors collecting on delinquent debts. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has appeared at all levels of court in the province, as well as before various tribunals, mediations and arbitrations. Paul was born and raised in Kelowna. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Victoria in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws with honours distinction from Cardiff University in 2010. He practiced at a local mid-size firm for six years before being called to the British Columbia bar in August 2012.
