Paul Dhaliwal has practiced with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP since 2002, concentrating on criminal law and personal injury law. He defends clients against a full range of criminal charges across Ontario, handling everything from bail hearings and pretrial motions through to trial, and works to help clients avoid convictions that could threaten their employment or residency status. Many of his files resolve before trial through withdrawn charges, peace bonds or reduced Highway Traffic Act outcomes. He offers services in English, Punjabi and Hindi and takes evening and weekend appointments.
