About Paul

Paul Caron, K.C. practiced law in Alberta for over five decades, advising clients and businesses on real estate law, including commercial and residential acquisitions and sales, lending and financing, and the enforcement of secured obligations. He built long-term client relationships throughout his career and continues to support the firm as a senior advisor, offering guidance on complex matters and mentorship to younger lawyers. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1998.
