About Patrick
Patrick Spinks founded Okanagan Personal Injury and remains the principal contact on every file. He articled and worked at a prominent Vancouver law firm on medical negligence, insurance law, and commercial litigation matters before relocating to the Okanagan. He spent almost eight years as in-house counsel for ICBC, defending hundreds of personal injury claims ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic brain injuries, before shifting in March 2009 to representing accident victims exclusively in personal injury litigation. He has handled cases through settlement, mediation, and trial in both Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and earned an MBA while studying law, which he applies to complex wage-loss claims involving business owners. He has volunteered with Inn from the Cold Kelowna, Scouts Canada, and the Bridge Youth and Family Services.
