Pascale Desrosiers has practised as a lawyer since 1988 and joined Claude Boulet in 2011 to form Boulet & Desrosiers Avocats, practising mainly in administrative law, employment law, and civil law. Pascale Desrosiers has represented private-sector employers and public-sector organizations and institutions in grievance arbitration, disputes before the Tribunal administratif du travail, and matters before the CNESST. Pascale Desrosiers is involved with several organizations in the Brome-Missisquoi region and teaches as a supervising professor at the Barreau du Québec's legal clinic.
