About Patrick

Patrick Boucher practices business law, civil law and civil procedure, and has pleaded before the courts for about twenty years. He teaches trial simulation, civil procedure and business law at the Université de Sherbrooke, gives training for lawyers, and has co-authored legal reference works, including on the new Code of Civil Procedure. He is a senior associate lawyer at LB Avocats, which has been active in the Cowansville community since its founding in 1993, and is a member of the Chambre de commerce de Cowansville et Région and the board of the Fondation BMP.
