About Pablo
Pablo A. Irribarra is a partner at Battista Migration Law Group specializing in forced migration, representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board on refugee protection claims and appeals, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment applications, and humanitarian and compassionate applications. He graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in June 2006, volunteering during law school with the Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples Legal Clinic, Downtown Legal Services, and the PRO BONO Students Family Law Program, and serving as a senior editor of the Indigenous Law Journal. Before joining the firm in Toronto, he had an immigration practice in Vancouver. He is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the executive of the Refugee Lawyers Association of Ontario, and speaks Spanish fluently.
