He is co-chair of the Canadian special situations team, which encompasses shareholder activist practice, securities litigation and complex reorganization transactions. He focuses on high-stakes disputes that often proceed on an urgent basis. He has specific experience with complex commercial litigation, corporate restructurings, insolvency proceedings, injunctions and patent disputes. He has appeared as lead counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada and courts at all levels.
