About Olivier

Olivier Truesdell-Ménard has been a partner at Donati Maisonneuve since 2015. A graduate of the Université de Montréal admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2005, he practises mainly civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance law, professional liability and financial-institution liability. Through his work with a related association he has also developed expertise in access-to-information and privacy law, and he regularly acts as independent supervising counsel in Anton Piller injunction matters. He has represented clients before Quebec's common-law courts and administrative bodies, including the Commission d'accès à l'information, has co-written legal articles and given conference presentations, and served on the board and executive of the Jeune Barreau de Montréal. He co-founded the Association de la Ligue de soccer des avocats and has competed in two editions of the lawyers' world soccer tournament, Mundiavocats.
