About Olivier

Olivier Tergny is the founder of Services Juridiques et Stratégiques OTA. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec and a mediator accredited by the Barreau du Québec in civil and commercial matters, labour law, and the Court of Quebec's small claims division. Tergny is a registered intermediary with Corporations Canada and Quebec's business registrar and has practised business law, real estate law, and civil and commercial litigation for over 20 years. He works with individual and business clients to prevent disputes and position them strategically when conflicts do arise, and has experience planning, negotiating and drafting commercial transactions, incorporating and reorganizing companies, and handling shareholder relations and business sales.
