About Olivia
Olivia Joseph is a business lawyer practicing primarily in corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate. She provides legal counsel on business formation, business purchases and sales, commercial leasing, and commercial lending transactions for both lenders and borrowers, and works with clients on business succession and wealth preservation plans.
