About Norman

Norman Chow has extensive experience in commercial, real estate and corporate transactions. He handles real estate matters including purchase and sale of property, subdivision and strata plans, disclosure statements under BC's Real Estate Development Marketing Act, and lending, leasing and syndication arrangements. His corporate practice covers the formation, maintenance, reorganization, amalgamation and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and non-profit entities, and his commercial work includes purchase and sale of businesses, franchise matters, and employment and financing agreements. He also handles succession planning and estate matters, including wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts and probate. His experience includes multi-phase mixed-use residential projects, ski and golf resort communities, hotel projects, and projects on First Nations lands.
