About Norm

Norm Machida is Counsel at Vogel LLP, appearing in court when needed and offering strategic advice. With over 40 years of experience, Machida has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada in civil litigation matters ranging from oil and gas disputes to personal injury. Machida has extensive experience in administrative law matters before the National Energy Board and the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board, and has acted as counsel at the Law Society of Alberta on disciplinary matters. Machida was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2006.
