About Nivedita

Nivedita Saini was called to the bar in 2025 and has experience in wills and estates, family law, and corporate and commercial matters. She has appeared before the Landlord and Tenant Board and represented clients in Small Claims Court, and now focuses on a range of litigation matters at Salazar Litigation. She holds an H.B.A. from the University of Waterloo (2020) and a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2024).
