About Nida

Nida Hussain is the founding partner of NH Family Law. She holds an Honours B.A. with a major in Political Science and minors in Psychology and Fine Art History from the University of Toronto, where she graduated with high distinction, and she graduated in the top 7% of her class at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. She articled at a national business law firm in Toronto, gaining exposure to litigation, pension law, labour and employment law, and corporate law, before being called to the bar in 2009. She has practiced exclusively in family law for almost 20 years, handling complex matters involving children and financial issues, and has represented clients at mediation and hearings. She has been a member of the Peel Law Association since 2018.
