About Nicole

Nicole grew up in Penticton and graduated from UBC with degrees in forestry (natural resource conservation) and law, being called to the bar in 2002. She practised with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Vancouver, focusing on banking and real estate law, before moving to Penticton in 2004 and later practising with Boyle & Company Lawyers. She joined James Smirle in 2017, and her practice has expanded to include corporate and commercial law alongside business agreements, incorporations, reorganizations, and commercial leasing.
