About Nicolas

Nicolas Lassonde has practised business and technology law at LJT since 1995, working on business sale and acquisition transactions and commercial agreements, and advising medium-sized businesses on commercializing intellectual property, products and services. He advises technology, clinical research and ICT businesses and is a legal expert partner of the Association of Québec Technologies.
