About Nicki
Nicki Guichon joined the Alberta Bar in 2014 and practices family law, with a particular focus on representing children and youth. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University. Before founding Young Hearts Legal Services, she worked with youth at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary and articled at the Children's Legal & Educational Resource Centre (CLERC), where she served as Lawyer for Youth, advising on pregnant and parenting youth, independent living, and immigration matters. In 2016, she joined Macphail Harding, practising in all areas of family law and gaining experience in high-conflict family litigation representing both parents and children, before narrowing her focus to representing children and youth.
