About Nichole
Nichole is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the bar in 2003. She has advised businesses at all stages of development, from small start-ups to family-owned businesses and publicly listed corporations, and her practice focuses on business law along with real estate, wills and estates, municipal law and collaborative family law. She helps families buy or sell homes, farms and investment properties, prepares Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives and Wills, supports executors through estate administration, and assists family law clients with negotiated settlements and cohabitation, prenuptial and separation agreements. Nichole teaches Legal Negotiation at the University of Manitoba and serves on the Board of Directors of United Way Pembina Valley.
