About Nicholas

Nicholas O'Toole, originally from Nova Scotia, holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in philosophy and a Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University. He articled with Actus Law Droit and joined as a full-time associate following his call to the New Brunswick bar in June 2015. He practices in municipal law, administrative law, product liability, personal injury, property disputes, construction law, debtor-creditor law, and commercial litigation, and has experience in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, regularly acting as conflict counsel in coverage disputes. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of New Brunswick, and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
