About Nicholas

Nicholas Tibollo was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991 after receiving his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor Law School in 1989. He has practised exclusively as a commercial, construction, and civil litigation lawyer, representing public and private corporations in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Tibollo has extensive trial and courtroom experience, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court of Canada, and various administrative tribunals in Ontario, and has numerous reported decisions on substantive legal issues.
