About Neha
Neha Hemmad serves as Of Counsel on the U.S. immigration team at Global Immigration Partners, where her work centers on employment-based visa categories such as H-1B, O-1, E-2, EB-5, EB-1A, EB-1C, and L-1. She built her background at other immigration-focused firms before joining the team, giving her practical familiarity with the finer points of U.S. immigration law. Neha completed a bachelor's degree in political science at UC Irvine in 2008, then went on to earn her JD along with an LLM in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law.
