About Andrew

Andrew S. Yoo has spent more than 15 years advising startups, growing companies, multinational corporations, executives, and professionals on both employment-based and investment-based immigration matters. His work spans E-2 investor and employee visas, L-1A and L-1B intracompany transfers, EB-1C multinational manager petitions, and PERM-based EB-2/EB-3 filings, along with O-1, H-1B, EB-5, consular processing, waivers, and naturalization cases. He also assists clients with family-based petitions, including marriage-based green cards and complicated international marriage situations. Andrew regularly works with early-stage startups through global enterprises, particularly IT and technology companies moving key talent into the United States. Earlier in his career he worked at an Am Law 100 firm in Silicon Valley on large litigation matters involving complex corporate and technology issues, giving him a strong grasp of how tech companies operate that he now applies to business immigration strategy.
