About Neelam
Neelam Farooq joined OWS Law as an associate lawyer in 2022, focusing on family law. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 after completing the Internationally Trained Lawyer's Program at the University of Toronto. Her career began with an internship in the Constitutional Law department at the Ministry of the Attorney General, followed by a role at a boutique Toronto firm where she practised family law and real estate. At OWS Law, she handles separation agreements, property division, decision-making responsibility, access arrangements, parenting plans, and spousal and child support matters. Neelam takes a practical approach aimed at helping clients reach sustainable agreements while protecting their interests.
