About Nathalie

Nathalie Fournier graduated in law from Université de Sherbrooke in 1990 and was admitted to the bar in 1992. After completing her articling at the Granby legal aid office, she developed a focus on matrimonial law that she has practised exclusively for more than 25 years, advising on custody, child and spousal support, divorce, legal separation, division of property and cohabitation agreements while favouring alternative dispute resolution. She has served as bâtonnière of the Barreau de Bedford from 2008 to 2010, on the Barreau du Québec's governance committee from its creation until 2011, and on its executive committee from 2012 to 2014, and she continues to sit on statutory committees of both bodies. She accepts private and legal aid mandates and practises in both English and French.
