About Natacha
Natacha practises in Canadian domestic and cross-border income tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate reorganizations. She advises on public equity and debt financing, investment funds including exchange-traded funds, and real estate investment vehicles. She guest lectures in taxation law at Osgoode Hall Law School and McGill University and is enrolled in the CPA Canada three-year in-depth tax program.
